Throughout my long
career my philosophy has really not changed.
I have always dedicated myself to providing
my patients with the care and attention
they need. Safety and the well being of
my patients remain my top concerns.
While I am gratified
that my peers and various societies and
organizations have honored me with the
top certiifcations in the field of plastic
surgery, I am never more satisified as
a physician than to see the smiles on
the faces of my patients and the acknowledgement
that I have made a difference in their
lives.

The positions and offices
he has held in the medical community reflect
the integrity and trust his colleagues and
patients have recognized throughout his
distinguished career.
His reputation has resulted
in appointments by the state of Texas to
the Texas Medical Disclosure Panel and appointments
by the Supreme Court of the state of Texas
to the Supreme Court Jury Task Force.
As a recognized expert
in plastic surgery, Dr. Bailey is called
upon to share his expertise with government
agencies and civic organizations.
